Neuro Rehabilitation Services

Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation Neuro-rehabilitation Services are a rehabilitation centre offering assessment, intensive neuro-rehabilitation and education for young adults between 16 and 35 years of age, who have acquired disabilities and associated learning difficulties as a result of acquired brain injury.
It is registered with the Care Quality Commission and accredited by OFSTED. We are also a National Specialist College.
An initial period of detailed assessment leads to the negotiation of an Action Plan, designed to address each client’s needs. The Action Plan comprises long term goals and shorter term aims and targets; these are regularly evaluated and revised. The staff work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary framework.  Programmes of rehabilitation are made up of the following elements:

Neuro Rehabilitation Services provides acquired brain injury services through our rehabilitation centre in Surrey, offering assessment, intensive neuro rehabilitation and education. Primarily we work with young adults between 16 and 35 years of age, who have acquired disabilities and associated learning difficulties as a result of acquired brain injury.

We tailor our acquired brain injury services to meet the needs of each individual. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and accredited by OFSTED. We are also a National Specialist College. Our acquired brain injury services are based at Banstead Place in Surrey.
