

Course description
You will work towards a foundation intermediate or advanced level qualification in Office Administration, and gain skills in using the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
Pre-entry Requirements:
Good literacy and numeracy required. Keyboarding skills an advantage. A college assessment will be undertaken.
What skills will I learn?
Practical Experience:
During the course, you will offer a range of services to a variety of clients in the College to help you gain practical skills and experience.
What Qualifications can I get?
EDEXEL (BTEC) Diploma in Office Procedures & Services: Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced levels are available, subject to ability.
Employment Opportunities:
You could work in a variety of commercial, charitable or retail organisations in jobs such as Clerical Assistant, Receptionist,
Office Junior or Office Administrator. Our Employment Development Managers will help you to make the right choice.
