We offer a wide range of roles across the Foundation that are based at locations in Surrey and Kent.
Our people are one of our greatest assets. We believe that the successful recruitment and retention of staff is vital to our continuing success.
Our services are diverse and so are our clients and students. Although we may all look different, our people have one thing in common - a passion for what they do. We want to recruit the best and the brightest: people who thrive on collaborating through team work and the discovery of new opportunities. Our people are able to set their own goals within a local and organisational framework and are provided with the support and development in order to achieve these goals.
We have excellent employment benefits, including up to 33 days' annual leave (pro-rata for part-time staff), a contributory pension and the commitment to fostering a diverse and supportive working environment. We employ almost 300 staff within the Foundation and enjoy the benefits of the assistance from over 200 volunteers who provide invaluable support.
You can see a list of current vacancies and download an application pack on our vacancies page.
There are exciting and challenging times ahead at Queen Elizabeth's Foundation as we work to facilitate the development of skills and improved independence for people with disabilities in Great Britain and to foster an improved awareness of their needs and abilities.
